At HR Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log into your HR Distribution account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
